Autobiography Candidate of Economic Sciences, Professor of the National Research and Development Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences Onaltaev Darkhan Onaltaevich was born on September 6, 1981 in Kapal village, Kapal district, Taldykorgan region. He graduated from the G.Ormanov Secondary School with honors in 1998 in Kapal village, Kapal district, Taldykorgan region. Onaltaev Darkhan Onaltaevich is a graduate of Abai Almaty State University, who graduated in 2002 with a degree in Finance and Credit and received a diploma with honors. From 2002 to 2005, he studied at the graduate school of KazNPU named after Abai. He started his scientific and pedagogical activity in 2002 at the Department of Finance and Credit of KazNPU named after Abai, went from a simple teacher to a professor.
